A series of workshops and courses to assist and educate parents on issues pertaining to their children. These courses will be facilitated by doctors, certified parent educators, teachers & licensed marriage & family therapists.

The Long Beach Police Youth Services Division is offering appointments with professional counselors. A Spanish speaking counselor is available and appointments should be made by phone.

Dr. Desiree Delagarza is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and parent educator who is also fluent in Spanish. She has worked with families for over ten years and has helped many families.

Julie Barbour is a Marriage and Family therapist and parent educator who has worked closely with teens and families.
