*AIKIDO*
O Sensei Morihei Ueshiba	Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art known for its powerful circular movements. Techniques involve joint immobilizations and throws, which are highly effective and graceful at the same time. Advanced training also includes traditional weapons such as the sword (Bokken) and staff (Jo). Students will learn in a traditional manner, with an emphasis on technical development. The lessons will not only emphasize Aikido as an art, but also the practical martial applications for self defense. Ideal for Police personnel who wish to supplement their training. The lessons will be taught in a safe and enjoyable environment while maintaining the challenge and seriousness of a martial arts atmosphere. Martial art uniform (Dogi) recommended.
